The IHS Skills Acquisition Program (ISAP) is our early careers program dedicated to providing young, highly skilled graduates with a solid foundation to grow their functional, business acumen and leadership skills. The program is specifically designed to provide recent graduates with opportunities to develop a successful career in one of our operating markets.

Trainees are hired for an initial period, and upon successful completion of the program, are assigned to a permanent position within IHS.

ISAP Accelerate

ISAP Accelerate, an expansion of the IHS Skills Acquisition Program (ISAP), offers graduates with one to three years’ work experience the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of functions. We offer robust training, exposure to key projects, and a multitude of opportunities to hone the knowledge and skills required to forge an internationally mobile career at IHS Towers. As an ISAP Accelerate trainee, you will be mentored by senior leaders and complete strategic projects as part of a structured development program.

Trainees are hired for an initial period, and upon successful completion of the program, are assigned to a permanent position within IHS.

ISAP has provided me with invaluable working experience and professional etiquette, alongside international exposure. My advice for those considering a program like this is not to hesitate—it's truly an amazing experience!

With ISAP Accelerate, not only did I learn a lot about Brazil's work environment, I also interacted with people from other countries, immersing fully in diverse cultures.

Our Technical Skills Acquisition Program (TSAP) is a graduate trainee program designed to provide young engineering talent with the opportunity to pursue a rewarding career in communications infrastructure. Through our Nigerian subsidiary, we offer a five-month training program, comprising of two months of instructor-led training and three months of field-based experience. TSAP provides trainees with practical experience to enhance their sector knowledge and engineering skillset, alongside some of the brightest minds in our sector.

Trainees are hired for an initial period, and upon successful completion of the program, are assigned to a permanent position within IHS.
