Through our unique online learning platform – the IHS Academy, we empower employees to learn wherever they are in the world. Through this 24/7, multilingual offering, the IHS Academy provides more than 14,000 training items including a robust selection of health, safety, environment, and compliance courses. Content is available in different formats, enabling learners to develop their skillsets according to their role and career aspirations.
We see significant value in mentoring and believe it offers employees an opportunity to unite, connect and accelerate their careers. Our programs have been designed to support the mutual development of both mentor and mentee, as they learn new skills, broaden their networks, and access new resources and perspectives. Our Women In IHS Network (WIIN) mentoring program is part of our broader commitment to provide new opportunities for our female employees as they progress their careers at IHS.
We also run a range of leadership programs geared towards the development of our leaders, to enable them to lead, engage and motivate their teams and others around them. These programs are tailored to specific development needs, and we partner with external experts to deliver high quality training.
