FINAL FULL YEAR 2017 RESULTS  AND Q1 2018 BONDHOLDER CALL  US$800,000,000 9½% Senior Notes due 2021  (ISIN/US ISIN/ CUSIP: XS1505674751 / US44963LAA44 / 44963LAA4)  (the “Notes”)     

27 April 2018: IHS Netherlands Holdco B.V. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that, following completion of the audit for the statutory 20-month period ended 31 December 2017, the final financial results for the year ended 31 December 2017 (the “FY 2017 Results”) have now been published, and are available on the IHS Towers website. 

The Issuer also intends to publish its unaudited interim financial results for the threemonth period ended 31 March 2018 (the “Q1 2018 Results”) on or before Wednesday 16 May 2018. 

Therefore, pursuant to the terms of the Indenture relating to the Notes dated 27 October 2016, a conference call for holders of the Notes will be held on Wednesday 16 May 2018 at 2pm BST, to discuss the FY 2017 Results and the Q1 2018 Results which, together with any results presentation to be discussed during the above-mentioned conference call, may contain inside information within the meaning of Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
