IHS Towers Appoints Stanley Martinez as Vice President & Head of Investor Relations

14 February 2018; London, United Kingdom: IHS Holding Limited (“IHS Towers” or “IHS"), one of the largest independent owners, operators and developers of shared telecommunications infrastructure, or tower operators in the world, announces today the appointment of Stanley Martinez as Vice President and Head of Investor Relations, effective today.

Stanley has over 25 years’ experience in capital markets as a specialist in global telecommunications, tower investing and Investor Relations. He will lead IHS Towers’ Investor Relations team while additionally overseeing the corporate communications function.

Prior to joining IHS Towers, Stanley was Vice President Investor Relations for Deutsche Telekom, the number one ranked Investor Relations team in the telecommunications sector by Institutional Investor Magazine in 2016/17 in Europe. Before joining Deutsche Telekom in 2016, Stanley was a founding member of Legal & General Investment Management’s American operations from 2007 and served as Director of US and Asian High Yield Research from 2012-15. His institutional investment career has included positions in investment research, portfolio management and trading at AllianceBernstein, Conning Asset Management, National City Investment Management and Mercantile Safe-Deposit & Trust.

Stanley holds an MBA from the Yale University School of Management, with concentrations in Finance, Accounting and Strategy. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy—also from the University of Pennsylvania. He has been a CFA® Charterholder since 2001.
