20 May 2019: IHS Netherlands Holdco B.V. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that, pursuant to the terms of the Indenture relating to the Notes dated 27 October 2016, a conference call for holders of the Notes to discuss the unaudited interim financial results for the three-month period ended 31 March 2019 (the “Q1 2019 Results”) will take place on Tuesday 28 May 2019 at 3pm BST.

The Q1 2019 Results will be published, as well as the results presentation to be discussed during the above-mentioned conference call, on the IHS Towers website on or around Friday 24 May 2019 and may contain inside information within the meaning of Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
