William Saad

William is responsible for shaping IHS Towers’ long-term technology vision and driving innovation across the company.

He is one of our co-founders and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of IHS Towers since July 2012 and has over 25 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry.

Before co-founding the Group, William worked in various technical and managerial capacities in multiple GSM operators including Libancell SAL, a Lebanese GSM operator, which is currently known as Touch, and Motophone in Nigeria. He also serves on the board of several private companies as well as the Lebanese-Nigerian Initiative, a non-profit organization.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
